Fuerza Latina is committed to creating and distributing resources that empower community members to understand their rights and how to best advocate for themselves.
Hotline
Fuerza Latina’s hotline helps connect the Spanish-speaking immigrant community to resources and offers assistance to the families of immigrants who have been arrested or detained. Our bilingual volunteers can help navigate area resources and interactions with the immigration system. Our volunteers are not attorneys and cannot give legal advice. Call 970-472-1501. Please leave a message and we will return your call.

We have created a guide to support you, as an immigrant, so that you can be calm, informed, prepared, and involved no matter what your status is or where you are at in the immigration process. This guide was last updated in April 2017, but many of the laws, procedures, and advice are still relevant today. Please contact an attorney for questions about your specific case or to learn if new programs exist that you may qualify for.

We have created a guide where you will find resources available to you and your family to support greater housing stability. Additionally, there is information that will help you understand what your rights and responsibilities are as a tenant and how to prepare for better communication with your landlord or for a legal defense, should your landlord file an eviction case against you.
